Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products Australia wide using our own drivers as well as various carriers for outside of Sydney Metro areas. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product as well as your location.
Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Freight to most areas has been calculated with the exception of some exclusion areas.
Orders are dispatched within 1 business days. Shipping times can vary between 1 to 3 business days depending on your location within Australia as well as carriers used
Freight charges for your location will be added at check out.
Undetermined locations not in our system will be noted at check out and an appropriate freight fee will be forwarded to you separately prior completing your transaction.
Unfortunately there are some exclusion zones that we do not deliver too. If your inquiry is within this zone, we will advise you via email should this be the case.
Toilet Paper R Us reserves the right to change Freight Fees and Rates without notice and will and will be subject to the freight carrier’s fees at the time of shipping.
Freight fees are charged at cost and in some cases absorbed in order to provide our customers the most comparative rate in the market place.
Home Deliveries
We request an authority in certain circumstances to leave goods in a safe place when customers are not anticipated to be home at the time of delivery. This authority prevents the incurrence of unwanted additional re-delivery fees.
Availability of Products
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. Stock is generally readily available; however there can be instances that we may not be able to supply a particular product.
Should this be the case, we will endeavour to offer you a substitute product of equal or better quality.
