Toilet Paper R Us updates this website regularly and to the best of our knowledge, however, we make no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any information or services of the website. All information is provided to the best of our knowledge and final responsibility for assessing will be made by the customers own risk.
We may from time to time add or change content to this website without notice. We are not liable to anyone for any content errors or information that is not up to date. All legal aspects associated with this site will fall under jurisdiction for the laws of New South Wales, AUSTRALIA.

Customer Service Policy
Toilet Paper R Usand its affiliates are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-4 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 24 hours to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund (whichever may apply).

Pricing Policy
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes occur due to increases or changes from suppliers and/or manufacturers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price.

Cancellation of Orders
All cancellation of orders MUST be in writing via email. All orders are considered current unless cancelled in writing by you. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. A cancellation fee surcharge of 12.5% applies.

Incorrect Goods Supplied
If for any reason Toilet Paper R Us at any time supplies an incorrect product due to processing, warehouse or office errors, we will replace the product with the correct goods ordered. Replacement will only be made once the incorrect good/s is returned. Contact must be made via email or contacting the office on free toll 1300 062 672 within 48 hours of receiving the goods. All freight costs in this instance will be covered by Toilet Paper R Us.

Methods of Payment
Toilet Paper R Usaccept payments via EFT (electronic funds transfer), Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard), Cash, Cheque or PAYPAL. Credit Card payments may incur a surcharge. Funds from Cheque payments must be cleared prior to delivery being made, unless prior arrangements and authority given by Total Washroom System.
Security precautions are taken to protect your personal information through encrypted methods of transmitted payments and any personal sensitive information is stored securely or destroyed after the completion of the transaction.
