Returns

Notification of the intent to return must be received within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

You will be issued a “return goods authorisation application form” (RGA) to be filled out and submitted, along with images of the goods to determine cause and ensure eligibility for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be new and unused and include all the packaging in it’s original new condition as supplied at the point of inspection.

Freight charges for return of goods is at the buyers cost.

The condition of the returned goods arriving in our warehouse will be assessed for eligibility.  We recommend an insured freight method and that goods are packed in a manner that will not incur damage in transit as this will void the returns authorisation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us by phone on 1300 062 672 or email us at:  sales@toiletpaperrus.com.au

You will then be notified regarding your refund which is subject to the conditions in our returns policy.

Once you are approved, then your refund or credit will be processed within 5 working days to your original method of payment after the goods are returned to our warehouse. If your payment was via a bank deposit, we will require details of the account that funds was transferred from in order to deposit the refund. Freight charges for original shipment of goods will be withheld from any refunds while the return of goods are solely at the buyers cost. In the event of any returns, we require in fairness that the goods be brand new and unused and include all of the packaging in their original delivered condition for refunds to be eligible.

Incorrect Items

If the goods were supplied incorrectly, buyer must notify us within 7 days of the delivery for a replacement of goods, which will be rectified at our cost.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be returned and/or refunded.  We do not extend this to any sale items.

Exchanges

Please call our customer service team on 1300 062 672 to arrange your exchange.  Goods must be returned as per our returns policy and on approval, your credit will be applied to your new order.
